The skills commands.
The Out Plane agent skill teaches a coding agent to use this CLI: which command answers which question, what needs a deployment and what does not, and why a destructive command hands back an invocation instead of asking. It loads on its own when a conversation is about Out Plane, so there is nothing to type and nothing to remember.
These commands install it, and keep it current. The skill itself is open source and released separately, so it can be fixed without waiting for a CLI release.
